Zurich Italy has acquired 100% of 4Care (For Care SpA), a digital distribution platform for group insurance solutions, strengthening its presence in the Protection segment. Zurich had been 4Care’s exclusive partner since 2020, providing Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance to over 60,000 individuals from companies and associations.

4Care enables purchasing groups—formed by employees of large companies or members of associations—to access personalized insurance solutions under favorable conditions. The acquisition aligns with Zurich’s strategic priorities, reinforcing its leadership in Protection and accelerating innovation and digitalization efforts.
