Once registered on the app and paired with the tracker via the personal QR code, users can choose from three subscription plans: Standard, offering GPS anti-theft service with alarm phone call and theft monitoring; Pro, including continuous monitoring and route history, suitable for professionals like fleet managers; and the new Premium plan, providing an additional value-added service—theft and third-party liability insurance for new bikes.

Selecting the Trackting Bike Premium plan requires users to specify the value they intend to insure. Based on this information, the premium is calculated. Activation is completed in less than five minutes by filling out the personal profile and making an in-app payment. In the event of theft or damage to third parties, the Civil Liability guarantee included in the Premium plan enables users to report the accident with a single click directly from the app.

Furthermore, users can benefit from Italian customer support at the after-sales service level—reliable and consistently available—for any inquiries related to the Trackting anti-theft system, which is guaranteed for two years and regularly updated through firmware upgrades via Bluetooth, making it a self-sufficient policy.
