Kwoon Chung Bus has partnered with insurtech firm YAS to introduce Hong Kong’s first embedded travel insurance for cross-border bus passengers.
This service, integrated into the “Hong Kong-Mainland Express” WeChat Mini Program, offers complimentary travel protection from YAS on customers’ first trips when they purchase memberships or points.
Through this collaboration, Kwoon Chung and YAS aim to improve safety and convenience for millions of travellers crossing the Hong Kong-mainland China border each year.
YAS has partnered with Generali Hong Kong to implement this program, which provides accident medical coverage and protection for personal belongings.
