Insurtech business Lime Health has entered into partnership with broker and employee benefits specialist WTW.

Under the deal WTW will introduce Lime Health’s ‘Whole of Workforce’ health cover products to its client portfolios in what Lime described as a significant milestone for the business.

Part of Lime Global, Lime Health is a tech enabled platform which aims to bridge the gap between low cost health cash plans and full-scale PMI. Designed to enable employers to cover the whole of their workforce, it offers online doctor services, diagnostic and cancer benefits.

Diagnostic benefits include rapid access to test such as MRI and CT scans, with results sent to employees and GPs within days and tests funded upfront. Cancer benefits include a lump sum for employees recently diagnosed with cancer alongside ongoing support and pathway navigation from a dedicated cancer nurse for up to two years.

Lime said its ‘Whole of Workforce’ approach was poised to redefine employer benefits by meeting the essential needs of an increasingly complex and demanding workforce which is largely reliant on an overstretched NHS.

CEO Shaun Williams said: ‘Lime is delighted to collaborate with WTW to provide the WoW health product set to their clients. This partnership underscores our commitment to revolutionising the way healthcare benefits are provided, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for every employee. We are confident that this collaboration will set a new standard in employee health benefits.’
