Eleos Life, an InsurTech company dedicated to simplifying protection through digital innovation, has launched Theea, the first AI-powered digital co-pilot tailored for life insurance customers. The company said it was launched to provide expert guidance in a simple and accessible way, helping consumers who often find life insurance confusing and overwhelming, while generic AI tools give incomplete or inaccurate answers.
Eleos Life focuses on improving access to insurance by using proprietary data and AI-driven tools that enable customers to make informed coverage decisions. Its aim is to make protection more inclusive and engaging. Key features of Theea include multilingual support, jargon-free communication, and 24/7 availability. In a two-month pilot with more than 5,000 customers, users of Theea were 2.5 times more likely to enrol in a policy compared to those who did not. Theea is now available on the Eleos Life platform to guide customers, clarify policies and build confidence in their insurance decisions.
Kiruba Shankar Eswaran, CEO at Eleos Life said, “Life insurance is one of the most important financial decisions people can make, but too often it feels out of reach. With Theea, we’re changing that by building awareness through clear, jargon-free guidance, improving access with on-demand, multilingual support, and driving engagement by giving people the confidence to explore and choose coverage in their own time. Our mission has always been to make protection simple and inclusive, and Theea is a powerful step in that direction.”
