AI-powered insurtech company Earnix has agreed to acquire Zelros, which offers GenAI solutions for insurance and banks. This move aims to integrate predictive, generative and agentic AI into the entire risk decisioning, personalisation and claims cycle to enhance business performance for pricing and underwriting professionals.

In a statement, Earnix said that the integration of its predictive AI platform with Zelros’s GenAI recommendations engine will enable insurers to provide the “right offer, at the right price, at the right time”. The combined solution is intended to assist professionals including pricing managers, underwriters and agents.
