The collaboration aims to offer NatWest’s retail and mortgage customers access to Aviva’s term life insurance, critical illness cover, and guaranteed over-50s life insurance, according to the Coverager. This partnership seeks to enhance the customer experience by integrating Aviva’s insurance products into NatWest’s digital banking platforms.
Aviva is an InsurTech innovator, known for its advanced underwriting capabilities and commitment to leveraging data science to offer personalised insurance solutions. Under the agreement, NatWest customers will enjoy a streamlined process to access Aviva’s protection products. Options include purchasing via mobile banking apps, online portals, or phone support. Additionally, NatWest’s digital mortgage applications will incorporate automated term life insurance quotes, offering a seamless experience. The deal also brings added value to customers through Aviva’s Digicare+ app, designed to help users detect, manage, and prevent health issues.
