Allianz Partners’ travel insurance is available to TUI customers and the travel provider’s wider family of brands, including Marella Cruises and Crystal Ski Holidays.

In a move to simplify the customer experience, TUI customers can add travel insurance during the booking process. Customers will be able to claim via Allianz Partners’ online portal, where straightforward claims are processed automatically and paid immediately by Allianz’s AI bots, Edith and Florence.
