LiveWell by Zurich announces new partnership with Zurich UK’s Accident and Health business

The partnership will bring LiveWell’s health and wellness services to Personal Accident and Business Travel customers in the UK.

Zurich is one of the largest global Accident, Health and Travel Insurance carriers. This new partnership will expand the benefit options available to employees of corporate clients in the UK by providing them with direct access to Zurich’s health and wellness app, LiveWell by Zurich (LiveWell). As part of the partnership, Personal Accident and Business Travel customers in the UK will also gain access to professional medical advice through LiveWell’s innovative Telehealth feature.

LiveWell and Zurich UK are committed to the wellbeing of their customers. This partnership will help Personal Accident and Business Travel customers actively shape their own health journeys and provide them with the tools needed to pursue their wellness goals.

LiveWell is designed to help users make health a habit through personalized health assessments, goal-setting tools, and a vast library of expert-curated content. As users engage in healthy activities, they will also earn points that can be redeemed for exclusive discounts and rewards from LiveWell’s partners.

As part of this partnership, Personal Accident and Business Travel customers will gain free access to LiveWell’s premium in-app feature, Telehealth. This cutting-edge service gives users access to medical professionals, directly in the LiveWell app. Users can obtain on-the-spot medical advice, giving them peace of mind and clear advice on solving their issues.
